Google’s Alphabet Inc is planning to merge together with Android and formulate a new OS, specifically for google laptops and devices. Find out more about google’s take on an emerging partnership with Android.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Google has plans to merge their Chrome OS, with Android and create a whole new OS. The end product is expected to run on Android system, which will run on particular Google Pc’s and laptops and would feature Google PlayStore as its App store.
Truth be told, if the merger ever does happen, it’ll be one of the biggest breakthroughs, since a morphed OS of Chrome and Android will be something to look at and if its something that can be used on Google’s Nexus phones as well. Though, it seems that Google isn’t necessarily looking to keep that OS for themselves.
