
Aside from the flagship Xiaomi 17 Ultra, the brand also introduced the vanilla Xiaomi 17 to the global markets.
To recap, the Xiaomi 17 sports a 6.3-inch OLED M10 LTPO display with 2656 x 1220 resolution and a variable 1-120Hz refresh rate. Its display also supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, while it is protected by Xiaomi Shield Glass for enhanced durability.
Under the hood, it is powered by the 4.6GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 octa-core processor with Adreno 840 GPU, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 internal storage. It also packs a silicon-carbon battery with 6,330mAh capacity, supporting 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 22.5W reverse charging.
Camera-wise, the Xiaomi 17 boasts a Leica triple-camera setup on the back, featuring a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.31-inch Light Fusion 950 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide shooter with a 102° field of view, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2.6x optical zoom. Upfront is a 50MP sensor with autofocus.


The Xiaomi 17 is priced starting at EUR 999 (~PHP 67,971) and is now available in Europe. Philippine pricing and availability details will be revealed soon.
