Be prepared because there is no guarantee that there will be significant changes to the design shortly for Galaxy Z Flip 4. If you were hoping for significant changes, you wouldn’t find much to be excited about in the design department. It looks pretty much the same as the Galaxy Z Flip 3. However, it does have a few noticeable differences.
Samsung has kept things business as usual in the design department after the Galaxy Z Flip 3 brought substantial changes to Samsung’s foldable clamshell device. According to this Galaxy Z Flip 4 leak, there haven’t been any significant changes to the device.
It was earlier reported that the cover display of the device would be slightly larger than the device’s predecessor because the cover display seems to offer more screen real estate.
As far as looks go, the new device is almost identical to the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Aside from the metal frame and hinge, the camera cutout stands out, too. It comes in this new matte gray color, which is nice.
In addition, it is said that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will come in a 512GB version, which doubles its predecessor’s maximum Storage capacity. In line with the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and other models before, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 likely won’t have a microSD card.
It is also worth mentioning that there are two major announcements regarding the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Samsung’s next foldable Z Flip phone will feature a larger battery than previously reported, according to a document filing spotted online. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chipset will be a part of this significant upgrade.
