Fuel prices are being reduced for the third time in a row. Fuel prices are expected to fall beginning next Tuesday.
According to CNN, oil companies will reduce diesel prices by ₱3.80 to ₱4.00 per liter. And gasoline prices by ₱0.15, with no change possible.
Earlier this week, oil companies reduce the price of gasoline per liter by ₱0.45. Diesel by ₱1.45, and kerosene by ₱1.70.
Every Monday, oil companies announce price changes that will take effect the following day.
The most recent price reductions resulted in a net increase of ₱16.50 per liter for gasoline, ₱34.80 per liter for diesel, and ₱29.90 per liter for kerosene.
According to DOE data, the price of gasoline in Quezon City, Metro Manila’s largest city, ranged from ₱63.30 to ₱73.10 per liter from September 13 to 15, 2022. Diesel prices in Makati City, the country’s top financial hub, range from ₱75.80 to ₱80.10 per liter, while kerosene prices in Manila range from ₱ 80.41 to ₱89.00 per liter.
