Budget Android Lollipop Vision 5X Officially Launched

Firefly Mobile has officially released their new budget smartphone, the Vision 5X. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and comes equipped with a quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera, 2MP selfie, 8GB internal memory, wireless charging, and 2780mAh battery–all for P2,999 price / $65.

Up front of the smartphone is a curved glass and polished frame, which we are guessing a faux metal while back is a plastic with three different color options: Champagne Gold, Jet Black, Rose Gold / Pink. Firefly will also throw free case and tempered glass for each purchase. The wireless pad charger will set you for P500 while microSD card is sold separately.

If you’re planning to go abroad, you could still use the Vision 5X there with other networks as it features quad-band frequencies, dual-SIM, and 3G HSPA.
