While front liners are working to fight our battle between this pandemic virus, the world is making progress to easily lessen the curve of this COVID-19 disease. Total Lockdowns, Quarantines are in effect, and other companies are working with faster testing kits. This is a big problem that can only be solved if we work together and are in the same mindset.
While others are working in the frontlines, students from the Master of Science in Innovation and Business program of the Asian Institute of Management developed a new app called ENDCov. A health survey app that assesses your personal risk status to the virus. It is also crowdsourcing to conduct information about tracing and locating heat maps of the virus and maximize DOH resources to further understand the virus spread. The heat map feature is not available yet since it needs more data to collect from the users. It is now available to download at Google Playstore for free and will be also available soon in the Appstore. Using the app is simple, just download and sign up then answer a survey which is then processed using the DOH-approved triage algorithm.

How this app useful?
By conducting information about the surveys, they will use an algorithm to determine the data the user sends. It is then processed to provide information about the spread and origin of the virus. But users must be honest in their surveys for them to help the developer. The app also has tips and reminders that contain instructions about how to deal with COVID-19 pandemic case. You will also get notified if you have been in contact with a COVID positive patient.
