
Motorola is set to introduce its latest smartphone, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, to the Indian market on April 3.
Among these features is the utilization of a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, which was unveiled in November 2023.
One notable feature is the Generative AI-powered theming, offering users a wide selection of wallpapers curated by popular artists across 15 genres. Additionally, the phone’s cameras will benefit from AI enhancements, such as the Style Sync AI Generative Theming mode and AI Adaptive Stabilization for videos.
In terms of design, the phone will feature a metallic frame and a back cover made from silicone-based vegan leather, combining style with sustainability. It will come pre-installed with Android 14 and is promised to receive up to three major Android updates, ensuring longevity and compatibility with future software.
A standout feature is the 50W wireless fast charging, touted as a first for its segment, promising quick and convenient power replenishment.
According to information shared by tech enthusiast Paras Guglani, also known as @passionategeekz on X (formerly Twitter), the pricing and specifications of the upcoming device have been unveiled.
Reportedly, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro is set to make its debut in the Indian market with a single configuration option featuring 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage capacity. The device is expected to be priced at Rs 44,999 (about PHP30,399).
