Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) launched its latest VYBE E-Wallet app. According to them, this will make everyday transactions much more effortless. So what is the BPI VYBE app?
VYBE is an e-wallet that enables users to quickly scan and pay via the QR code of any store with a QR PH standee for secure and cashless payment transactions. Currently, VYBE is only available to customers with BPI Online credentials.
Withdrawing money from and sending money back to a BPI account is free of charge. In addition, customers who utilize BPI services can accumulate VYBE rewards points for these transactions, which can be seen and used inside the app. There are plans to allow users with credentials other than BPI Online to access the application.
According to BPI Vice President and Head of Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems Frederick M. Faustino “We want to give our clients a faster and more secure way to pay. As a welcome gift, they instantly earn 1,000 points in their VYBE app upon sign up.”
The VYBE app is currently accessible through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app has been downloaded, a client only needs to open it, select “Join the VYBE,” sign up using their BPI Online credentials and then log in. The client may then login and begin using VYBE.
