Average-Earning Filipinos Require 80 Working Days to Afford iPhone 15 Pro

An e-commerce company study released on September 12 showed that the average Filipino worker needs about 80 working days to buy an iPhone 15 Pro 128 GB if it is their only expense.

Picodi said that the average wage in the country is PHP18,744.39 net per month, citing the online living database Numbeo. In the Philippines, it would take 79.5 days for people to spend all of their money on the PHP70,990 iPhone 15 Pro.

It said that the price is the same as the iPhone 14 Pro from last year, which could be bought in 90.9 days. On top of the price, there is 12% sales tax in the country.

If you look at its list of 47 countries and the iPhone Index 2023, the Philippines is almost the last one that can buy the new phone.

With 123.7 working days, Turkey had the fewest.

At 4.2 working days, Switzerland is the fastest place to get the money you need for the buy.

Apple’s “Wonderlust” event on September 13, Manila time, was where the iPhone 15 was first shown off.

A curved edge, an aerospace-grade metal body, a textured matte finish, a 48-megapixel camera, and the more universal USB-C charger are some of the features.

From September 15 at 8PM, you can pre-order the book. It will be available for sale on September 22.
