ASUS has officially launched the 2026 version of the ROG Zephyrus G14 (GU405) to the U.K. market.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 (GU405) sports a 14-inch 3K OLED display with an anti-reflection coating, 2880 x 1800 resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports 1,100 nits peak brightness, ROG Nebula HDR, G-Sync, Pantone validation, and an MUX switch with Advanced Optimus.
Powering the gaming laptop is the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor with 16 cores, paired with up to 64GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The chip has an 18MB cache, an NPU with a 50 TOPS rating, and boost speeds of up to 4.9GHz. Additionally, its battery is rated at 73Wh and has a 250W AC adapter.
Graphics options include the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 (8GB GDDR7), RTX 5070 Ti (12GB GDDR7), and RTX 5080 (16GB GDDR7).
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 6.0. Meanwhile, I/O ports include 1x HDMI 2.1 FRL, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (DisplayPort, Power Delivery, G-SYNC), 1x Thunderbolt 4 (DisplayPort, Power Delivery), 1x SD card reader (UHS-II), and 1x 3.5mm combo audio jack.
The laptop runs on either Windows 11 Home (Single Language) or Windows 11 Pro. Other features include a 1080p FHD IR camera with Windows Hello, a backlit chiclet keyboard with 1-zone RGB, Copilot key, precision touchpad, quad-speaker system with dual-force woofers and tweeters, Dolby Atmos, AI noise-canceling microphones, and Asus Slash Lighting.
Additionally, it measures 31.1 × 22.0 × 1.59 ~ 1.83 cm in dimensions and weighs around 1.58 kg. Included are the ROG Impact Gaming Mouse and the Zephyrus G14 Sleeve (2026).
