Alongside iOS 27 and other updates, Apple has also previewed watchOS 27.
Siri AI, powered by Apple Intelligence, is a new assistant experience on Apple Watch.
It supports more natural conversations, richer answers, and can perform actions across apps. It also includes a dedicated Siri app and allows users to continue conversations between iPhone and Apple Watch.
The feature will initially support English and will roll out later this year in beta.
watchOS 27 also adds a new dynamic app grid that highlights suggested and frequently used apps, along with a new tap gesture that lets users select widgets in the Smart Stack by tapping their index finger and thumb together.

On health and fitness, Apple is introducing updates to Workout Buddy, including more detailed progress insights and expanded language support.
It also improves indoor run and walk tracking accuracy and adds new cycle tracking features, including notifications related to cycle patterns that may suggest perimenopause for eligible users.
Other changes include a more streamlined Find My app, updates to the Wallet app for custom passes using QR or barcodes, and system refinements such as faster music playback, improved step syncing, and battery suggestions.
watchOS 27 requires iPhone 11 or later running iOS 27, paired with supported Apple Watch models, including Apple Watch Series 9 and newer, as well as Apple Watch Ultra 2 and later models.
