Apple Business All-in-One Platform Announced

Apple has announced Apple Business, a new all-in-one platform designed to help companies manage devices, communication, and customer reach in one place.

Apple Business includes built-in mobile device management (MDM), allowing organizations to configure devices, apps, and security settings from a single dashboard.

It also introduces “Blueprints,” which let businesses pre-set configurations so devices are ready to use out of the box.

The platform also adds business tools such as email, calendar, and directory services with custom domain support. This allows companies to create professional communication systems without relying on third-party services.

For customer engagement, Apple Business will integrate with services like Apple Maps, Mail, Wallet, and Siri. A new feature launching this summer in the U.S. and Canada will let businesses place ads in Apple Maps search results to improve visibility.

Apple Business also combines features from existing services like Apple Business Manager, Apple Business Essentials, and Apple Business Connect. These older platforms will be discontinued once the new service rolls out.

The base service will be free, though additional storage and support options will be available as paid upgrades.

The Apple Business service will be available starting April 14, 2026 in more than 200 countries and regions.
