ZTE has confirmed that on April 15, they would be launching the Axon 30 series in China. Confirmation was also received that an 8MP Super Zoom Periscope Telephoto lens would be included.
It was also revealed that along with the Trinity Triple- trinity camera setup, an Auxiliary lens was added. The main camera will feature a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture, another 64MP for the ultrawide, featuring a 13mm focal length, and yet again another 64MP as a portrait lens. Then we have the 8MP Periscope Telephoto that has Super Zoom features, 123mm focal length, and 5x optical zoom. ZTE also released a video showcasing its Steadicam-level stabilization feature that is in the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra.
It is also said that the unit will be using a 6.92-inch OLED display with 10-bit colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. A Snapdragon 888 chipset will be used with LPDDR5 RAM and the latest UFS 3.1 storage. It will also use an Android 11-based MyOS and powers with a 4,500mAh supported by either 55W or 65W fast charging.
