Chinese telecom giant, ZTE, has officially launched their dual-screen Nubia X to compete against the all-screen sliders like Honor Magic 2, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and Lenovo Z5 Pro.
The Nubia X is not the first phone with a dual-screen but it is first to feature the highest screen-to-body ratio for its kind measuring at 6.26-inch FHD+ OLED along with two fingerprint scanners mounted on each side. These sensors can be used for gesture controls.

The secondary display at the back of Nubia X is a 5.1-inch OLED with a lower resolution of HD+. Its purpose is a mirror for taking selfie photos and shortcut controls like when playing mobile games.
In terms of internal hardware specs, a Snapdragon 845 powers the Nubia X paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The camera is a dual setup of 16MP f/1.8 and 24MP f/1.7.
There is no word if the Nubia X will be released globally including in the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia. At least for now, we know its pricing starts at $480 USD or Php 25,000 before taxes.
