Asus first announced the Asus ZenFone 5 series during the Mobile World Congress 2018. The smartphones that were unveiled were the Asus ZenFone 5, Asus ZenFone 5Q, and the Asus ZenFone 5Z. It was recently reported that the premium variant, the ZenFone 5Z might launch tomorrow in India.
A hint was given through a teaser. Although the name of the device wasn’t stated, there are reasons to believe that they might release the ZenFone 5Z. Firstly, the color stripe resembles the stripe in the smartphone’s official poster. Furthermore, the teaser mentioned that the device will launch at 8:45 PM which might symbolize the Snapdragon 845 which is the chipset found on the phone.
The Asus ZenFone 5Z is priced at PHP 29,995 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB native storage variant.
