Official pricing for Sony Xperia XZ, Xperia X Compact announced
Launched yesterday, the Sony Xperia XZ and Xperia X Compact are now available for pre-orders in Europe with XZ priced at US$780 (P37k Philippine pesos) in some regions and US$560 (P24k Philippine pesos) for the X Compact. Availability starts as early as September 24 with other release dates to follow including in the Philippines.
The duo is both an update to the Sony Xperia X and Xperia Z5 Compact, respectively. The Sony Xperia XZ retains the internal specs while it shares the new 23MP camera to the Xperia X Compact.
Both designs ditch the Omni-balance in favor for the Loop form factor. The new Xperia XZ is constructed with an ALKALEIDO or proprietary aluminum material of the Japanese company.
