Lenovo Vibe K5 series launched in the Philippines

Along with the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note are two new budget Android Marshmallow (update) phones, the Lenovo Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus. The latter will come with a free VR headset with TheatreMax feature and controller.

The Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Plus share specs including the Dolby Atmos dual speakers, 16GB expandable storage, 13MP main camera, 5MP selfie, and 2750mAh battery. Screen size is at 5-inch with the Plus version having an extra resolution of 1080p over 720p of the non-plus.

The two run on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and will be upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow later this quarter.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus retails for P8999 official price with free VR glass and headset while the Vibe K5 is valued at P6999 price. We will confirm from Lenovo if they have a Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus with no VR bundle, and of course, for the lesser price or SRP.
