Now, we’re strictly sticking to the 5000mAh mark. Let’s check out the handsets that we’ve found, shall we?
It’s fair to say that the Zenfone Max is probably one of the more known battery hard-hitters of 2015 and 2016, thanks to its massive 5000mAh battery and long longevity use. We’ve already had our time with the said Zenfone handset and it sure delivered in the battery department. The affordable Zenfone Max is priced at Php 8,495.
The Lenovo P1 has become an “unsung” hero in the Lenovo lineup. It didn’t reach a huge market, but nevertheless, it’s still one of the most battery satisfying handsets that the current market has to offer.
It packs a Snapdragon 615 chip, with a fixed 2GB and 32GB, RAM and ROM combo. It carries a standard yet effective 13MP/5MP camera pairing and to top it all up, it boasts a huge 5000mAh battery capacity. What’s not to like? Official SRP of the Lenovo P1 is at Php 14,999.
Here’s a newer handset in the table, it’s so new, it hasn’t even gone global yet. Set to be launched in the West, the Acer Liquid Zest Plus is a more improved Liquid Zest with upgraded features and specs. It’ll run on an up-to-date Android 6.0 Marshmallow and will carry a beneficial 5000mAh battery capacity. We’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled on this handset, once it reaches PH shores.
Gionee has been known to deliver battery efficient handsets in the market, from their newer Marathon M5 that we gladly included on our other lists to their other lineups.
The 2014 Marathon M3 might not be looking powerful for today’s standards, but back then, a 5000mAh battery-equipped smartphone was pretty much hard to find and right now, the Marathon M3 is quite affordable, thanks to its Php 5-6K price range found on various online stores.
ThL is not exactly a household smartphone name here in the Philippines, however, they do provide battery efficient handsets that might pique the interest of a few PH smartphone patrons, particular the ThL 5000. The ThL 5000 is quite an old ThL model. Nevertheless, its 5000mAh battery capacity still should interests even today’s smartphone users in a pinch.
The Gionee Marathon M4 isn’t exactly a smartphone that found itself in PH shores since it primarily marketed over to the Indian market. Nevertheless, it’s still one of Gionee’s personal bests thanks to its upgraded specs from the Marathon M3. Gionee did stick around with the massive 5000mAh battery capacity, which is expected from them.
