On Tuesday, August 29, 2023, oil firms are planning to implement yet another hike in the rates at the pump.
The price of diesel will increase by PHP0.70 per liter, gasoline will increase by PHP0.30 per liter, and kerosene will increase by PHP0.80 per liter, according to separate advisories issued by Pilipinas Shell, Petron Philippines, and Seaoil.
It was previously stated by the Department of Energy that it is feasible for there to be further increases in the price of oil until the year comes to a close.
