Zoom has unveiled ZoomMate, a new AI-powered work platform that uses agentic AI designed to help users transition from discussions to finished tasks without losing context.

ZoomMate allows users search throughout Zoom, the web, and third-party systems to find information for a project, account, ticket, policy, or business question. By linking to data sources like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Workday and indexing across integrated enterprise systems, it can surface information from corporate files.
The tool can also relevant context from connected collaboration platforms like Zoom Meetings, Phone, Chat, Google, and Microsoft directly into the flow of work. It is fundamentally designed to respect established enterprise access controls, user permissions, and corporate governance. ZoomMate also connects the files, the records, and the conversations behind the documents.
Moreover, the platform can monitor projects, extract next steps from meetings, and automate follow-ups. It can schedule events via Google Calendar or Outlook and routes requests to the correct networks. Additionally, it handles backend updates, drafts customer communications, and triggers onboarding or support pipelines.
Meetings can be turned into finished work through ZoomMate, as well as automatically creating presentations, documents, spreadsheets, reports, and project plans from meeting conversations and enterprise context. It understands what was discussed to generate grounded, relevant outputs directly from meeting context.

ZoomMate is now available for online and direct customers in North America at USD 20 per user monthly. It is also listed at PHP 1,143.60 per month. Availability in other regions are expected later this year.
