YouTube Music is rolling out new labels to identify songs created primarily using generative AI.
According to YouTube, the labels will appear directly on the music player page when AI plays a significant role in creating a track, such as generating its composition and vocals.
Listeners can also tap the label to view more information.
YouTube said it is working with music partners and using its own detection tools to identify AI-generated tracks.
The labels will also expand to the main YouTube app.
