YouTube is expanding Picture-in-Picture (PiP) support to more users worldwide over the coming months.
Picture-in-Picture (PiP) is a feature that allows viewers to continue watching a video in a small floating window while using other apps or doing other things on their device.

Premium Lite users will keep PiP for non-music content, and Premium subscribers will have full PiP access, including music videos.

To use PiP, users can swipe up or press the home button while a video is playing. The video will continue in a small movable player.
If Picture-in-Picture does not work, users may need to update the YouTube app or adjust device settings.
As for its availability, PiP stays the same in the US, while users outside the US will get PiP for long-form non-music videos on Android and iOS.
