The Xiaomi Mi 5 is one of the most awaited handsets of 2016 and is a no-brainer as to why. The handset is expected to best its last year’s predecessor, the Xiaomi Mi 4, so everyone is expected the Mi 5 to dish out more surprises than it’s well-accepted predecessor.

Along with this massive expectation is a few new information on the Mi 5. One, in particular, is a report that says the handset will come in with both a Windows 10 OS variant and an Android one. It seems that the Windows and Android variant will be available in global markets, which contradicts the report that previously said that the variants will be region-dependent though everything is not yet finalized.
The Mi 5 packs a massive Snapdragon 820 chip and 16MP rear shooter and an 8 or 13MP selfie shooter. It is expected to be fully unveiled on the 24th of February, so for now, we have to wait for it’s full unveiling to find out more.
