Xiaomi has stirred up quite a storm with its latest announcement about the HyperOS update. But the excitement doesn’t stop there! The company is rolling out this new update to more of its devices, including the Xiaomi Mi 11X Series.

Owners of the Xiaomi Mi 11X Series will be thrilled to know that they’re now joining the HyperOS party, with build numbers OS1.0.1.0.TKHINXM and OS1.0.1.0.UKKINXM.
What’s interesting is that while the Mi 11X gets HyperOS based on Android 13, its Pro counterpart gets the update based on Android 14. Why tho? It’s simply because of processor difference. The Mi 11X rocks the Snapdragon 870, while the 11X Pro boasts the Snapdragon 888.
Also, the Xiaomi Mi 11X Series are also getting improved security. The Mi 11X gets the March 2024 security patch, while the Pro model scores the April 2024 patch.
As for the size of these updates, the Mi 11X update weighs in at 1.6GB, while the Pro model’s Android 14 update tips the scales at a whopping 4.8GB, quite heavy!
