
Alongside the REDMI K90 series phones and the REDMI Watch 6, Xiaomi has also unveiled the REDMI TV X 2026 in China.
The Redmi TV X 2026 features a 98-inch 4K Mini LED display with 880 backlight zones and up to 1300 nits peak brightness. It supports 144Hz refresh rate natively and 288Hz in competitive mode.
Xiaomi’s Qingshan Eye Protection system reduces blue light and adjusts color temperature automatically based on ambient lighting.
Display features include HDR10+, DCI-P3 94% color gamut, and ΔE≈2 color accuracy, with factory calibration for each unit.


It also uses a Full-Stack Color Engine and AI local dimming for improved contrast and brightness.
For gaming, it supports VRR, Dolby Vision Gaming, and FreeSync Premium, and offers a 4ms response time.
Apart from that, the TV runs on HyperOS 3, powered by a quad-core Cortex-A73 processor, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, dual HDMI 2.1 ports with eARC, USB 3.0, Ethernet, and optical audio output.
The TV can function as a smart home hub with the Xiao Ai assistant, which recognizes multiple Chinese dialects and allows continuous conversations. Users can also watch multiple games simultaneously or use the screen as an art display when idle.

The REDMI TV X 2026 is priced at CNY 4,799 (approx. PHP39,599) for the 85-inch REDMI TV X 2026, and CNY 7,599 (approx. PHP 59,799) for the larger 98-inch screen in China.
