
Aside from the 15S Pro, Xiaomi has also officially launched the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro in China, adding a new model to its Civi smartphone series.
The Civi 5 Pro features a 6.55-inch quad-curved OLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits.
For cameras, the device has a triple rear camera setup, a 50MP main, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide. The front features a pill-shaped cutout 50MP selfie camera equipped with a new “super-transparent nano-prism”.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor with 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It also has a cooling system called a “three-dimensional convex ring cold pump” to manage heat.
It also packs a 6,000mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging. As for connectivity, it supports dual SIM 5G.
The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro is available in three configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at CNY2,999 (approximately PHP23,099), 12GB RAM with 512GB storage at CNY3,299 (approx. PHP25,399), and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage for CNY3,599 (about PHP27,699).
