After launching the vivo V60 in India, vivo is now gearing up to release the vivo X300 in September.
Two models (V2502A and V2509A) recently got radio certification in China.
The V2509A has also shown up on Geekbench, confirming it will use MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 processor, which will debut on September 22, 2025, in China.
The device is listed with 16GB of RAM and runs Android 16. Its CPU has one high-performance core at 4.21GHz, three mid-performance cores at 3.50GHz, and four efficiency cores at 2.7GHz, paired with a Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU.
In Geekbench tests, it scored 2,352 in single-core and 7,129 in multi-core, likely lower than final numbers since this is probably an early test unit.
As of now, there are no other announcements regarding its full specifications or exact launch date. We’ll know more about the vivo X300 series as the September launch gets closer.
