After teasing it, smartphone brand vivo has announced the launch date of the vivo V30 Series in the country. The lineup consists of the vanilla vivo V30 5G and the vivo V30 Pro 5G.
They will go official on March 20, 2024!
To recap, the vivo V30 features a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED panel with 1260 x 2800 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 2800 nits brightness, 452 PPI, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and 105% NTSC color saturation.
Inside, it is powered by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor with Adreno 720, 12GB LPDDR4X RAM (+12GB Extended RAM), and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery capacity with 80W fast charging.
At the back, it boasts a 50MP VCS True Color main camera and a 50MP 119° ultrawide shooter. There’s also an improved Aura Light 3.0 below the camera module. Upfront is another 50MP selfie camera.

On the other hand, the vivo V30 Pro boasts four 50MP cameras with three cameras co-developed with ZEISS at the back consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX920 main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide shooter, and a 50MP Sony INX816 telephoto lens. At the front is a 50MP selfie camera with AF and 119° FOV.
At the front, it sports a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED panel with 2800 × 1260 resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and up to 2800 nits peak brightness.
Under the hood, it is powered by the 3.1GHz MediaTek Dimensity 8200 4nm octa-core processor with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The battery is rated at 5000mAh with an unspecified fast charging speed.

Their pricing details are yet to be revealed. However, the vivo V30 5G has been spotted recently on Shopee with its pricing.
