Tekken 8 will add Yujiro Hanma from the Baki the Grappler series as a DLC character in early 2027.
The announcement was made during Combo Breaker 2026 alongside a short teaser trailer showing the character’s arrival.
Yujiro Hanma, known in the Baki series as “The Strongest Creature on Earth,” is the father of the protagonist, Baki Hanma, and is recognized for his overwhelming strength and the “Demon Back” ability.
The reveal followed Bandai Namco’s Season 3 update roadmap for Tekken 8, which also includes returning characters such as Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr.
Tekken 8 is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
