Google Rolls Out New Update for Pixel Buds A-Series

Pixel Buds A-Series

Google has started rolling out a new firmware update (version 3.581.0) for the Google Pixel Buds A-Series.

The update focuses on bug fixes, as well as performance and security improvements. No new features were mentioned.

How to Install?

  • Automatic updates: The earbuds will update automatically when connected to a Pixel phone running Android 10 or later, or to any Android 6.0 or later device with the Pixel Buds app installed. The download takes around 10 minutes, and installation happens when the earbuds are placed in the charging case with enough battery.
  • Manual updates: If automatic updates are disabled, users will receive a notification when the update is available. The download can then be started manually from the connected device and may take about 15 minutes.

If no update prompt appears, the device is likely already running the latest firmware.

The Google Pixel Buds A-Series update, version 3.581.0, is now rolling out to users.
