Nintendo has launched Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream.
Tomodachi Life is a simulation game by Nintendo, which is focused on characters called Mii and their interactions on a customizable island.
In the game, players create and manage Mii characters based on themselves, friends, or original designs.
These characters develop relationships over time, ranging from friendships to romantic connections, with players occasionally guiding their interactions.
Players can also build and customize their island using in-game tools. This includes placing shops and amenities, as well as creating original content such as food, clothing, buildings, and pets through a feature called Palette House. Created items can be shared with other players via local wireless.
A free demo is now available, allowing users to create up to three Mii characters and begin building their island.
Progress from the demo can be transferred to the full game. Completing the demo also unlocks a Hamster Costume, which can also be obtained later in the full version.
Nintendo has released Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream on April 16, 2026, as listed on its Philippines website. Availability, however, may vary depending on the retailer.
