For users who already have Telegram installed on their devices, the app continues to work normally. Messages can still be sent and received, group chats and channels remain accessible, and the app appears to be functioning without issues.
As of now, users who deleted the app or are trying to install it for the first time cannot download Telegram from the Apple App Store until it becomes available again.
