The Teclast X80 Pro 8-inch is one of the interesting dual-boot 64-bit Windows 10 + Android 5.1 tablet PCs we’ve come across. This tablet is more than an entertainment tablet after finding its hardware specs and features. What’s surprising is the price it offers for its desktop and laptop-class hardware specs.
For $110 or roughly Php 5,000 pesos price, it’s a pure bargain 2-in-1 tablet and PC that features quad-core Intel 64bit chipset, 2GB DDR3 RAM, and 1200p (more than 1080p) touch display, which is more than most Android and Windows tablets can offer in the market right now.
More tablet reviews and updates
We searched on how powerful the Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5 chip really is and what it can do. Aside from handling PC games, the 12-core GPU inside plays 4K video smoothly and manage to run full desktop apps such as Office 2016.
There’s also a dual 2MP camera situated one on the back and up front. The maximum resolution is 1080p Full HD for video and still images.
With these specs, the Teclast X80 Pro is more than just an e-book and video tablet. It’s a powerful Windows 10 PC and Android tablet in one with the best value for your money.
We will probably order one later this week and get an actual review and hands-on. If you have any specific request you would us to cover in our review, please comment down.

any requests in mind? 😉
dan philip Hernandez says:
(1) Build quality and durability since this is a relatively unknown brand (at least here in the PH)
(2) Any issues in switching between the 2 OS. I think I’ve read somewhere that this is not really a dual OS system, you can just pick one OS at the start as the permanent OS.
Thanks and more power!
