Spotify has announced another price increase for its Premium subscription in the United States.
According to a post on Spotify’s newsroom, the monthly price of Spotify Premium will increase starting with the February billing cycle. The change applies to existing subscribers.
This marks the third price increase for Spotify Premium in the US in recent years.
Spotify said subscribers who do not wish to continue at the new price can cancel their plan through their account settings before the next billing date.
On the other hand, the new price is now USD 12.99, which is around PHP 700.
In the Philippines, Spotify is priced at PHP 169. There has been no announcement yet regarding a local price increase.
