As Sony still hasn’t revealed if they’re going to launch some new devices at the Mobile World Congress 2018, they’ve announced that there’s going to be a press conference. A famous leakster named Evan Blass suggests that the company will be unveiling the Sony Xperia XZ2 and the Xperia XZ2 Compact at the smartphone trade show.

Alongside the information about the possible launch, he also leaked a press render of the Sony Xperia XZ2. By looking at the render, it comes with a 3D glass on both sides with an aluminum frame. Both the devices will feature a large screen-to0body ratio.
According to leaks, the Sony XZ2 will be available in four color variants – black, silver, green, and pink. Also, that it will come with a 5.7-inch display, on the other hand, the Compact variant will sport a 5.0-inch display. Both models will come with FULL HD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It was also rumored to come with the latest Snapdragon 845 chipset and will run on Android 8.0 Oreo.
In the camera department, both are expected to feature a 19-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture. For the video category, both will be capable to shoot 4K HDR recording and super-slow motion as well. The XZ2 is expected to be fueled by 3,180mAh battery pack, the Compact model will come with a smaller 2,870mAh battery pack.
