Sony WF-C500 TWS Earbuds now available in the Philippines for PHP 4,999


Sony has announced the pricing and availability of the Sony WF-C500 TWS earbuds in the Philippines.

The Sony WF-C500 features 5.8mm dynamic drivers and is said to deliver high-quality sound through Sony’s proprietary DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) technology. This allows for the restoration of high-frequency sound and the fine fade-out sound lost in compression. The headphones also feature a new ergonomic surface design that helps create a more stable fit.

Users can tailor the WF-C500’s sound using the Equalizer setting that can be found in the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. A variety of settings can be chosen to match sound quality with the music genre you’re listening to or even create and save your own settings.

The charging case is small and easy to carry around due to its cylindrical shape and has a translucent lid with a texture like
frosted glass. Built with operation buttons, the Sony WF-C500 lets users play, stop or skip through tracks and adjust the volume, and allows access to your preferred voice assistant to make and receive calls hands-free.

Moreover, the Sony WF-C500 TWS earbuds can provide up to 10 hours of battery life and 20 hours in total with the charging case. The earbuds also secure an IPX4 rating for resistance against splashes and sweat. For connectivity, It offers Bluetooth 5.0, Google’s Fast Pair feature for quick android device pairing, and Plus Swift Pair to easy to pair your headphones with your Windows 10 computer via Bluetooth.

Pricing and Availability

The Sony WF-C500 comes in four colorways (black, white, peach, and mint) and is priced at PHP 4,999. It is now available for purchase in all Sony partner retail stores as well as Shopee and Lazada.
