Sony has recently unveiled 5 new audio devices in the Philippines, the SA-RS3S, SA-SW3, SA-SW5, HT-A7000, and HT-A9.
Sony SA-RS3S
The Sony SA-RS3S is a wireless rear speakers for the HT-A5000 or A7000 soundbars. It can top a total of 100W output with 50W on each speaker. These two-way rear speakers feature both a woofer and a tweeter for rich sound, and are also quick to set up, as well as wall-mountable.
Sony SA-SW3
Next is the Sony SA-SW3. It is a wireless subwoofer with 200W of deep bass sound from a 160mm driver. The speaker features a Bass Reflect speaker unit and an Omnidirectional Block design. It is equipped with Sony’s proprietary technologies, the Σ Magnetic Circuit that enables deep, powerful bass by maximizing the magnetic force that drives the voice coil, and Separated Notch Edge that improves vertical amplitude symmetry.
Sony SA-SW5
On the other hand, the Sony SA-SW5 is a wireless subwoofer with 300W of deep bass sound from a 180 mm driver and a passive radiator for stronger bass without wind noise. It also features an Omnidirectional Block design, Σ Magnetic Circuit, and Separated Notch Edge.
Sony HT-A7000
The Sony HT-A7000 is a premium soundbar that features 7.1.2 channels, two up-firing speakers for overhead sound, two beam tweeters and five front speakers for wider surround, and a built-in dual subwoofer for deep bass. It has a virtual surround technology for 3D audio without the need for in-ceiling speakers, as well as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, Vertical Surround Engine, and S-Force PRO Front Surround. The soundbar also boasts a DSEE Extreme (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) technology that upscales compressed digital music files in real-time, and it restores the high-range sound lost in compression for a richer, more complete listening experience.
Sony HT-A9
The Sony HT-A9 is the high-end home theater system boasting a 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology that creates up to 12 phantom speakers for immersive spatial sound from just four real speakers. The dual microphones in each speaker ingeniously measure their relative height and position, allowing the system to generate twelve phantom speakers. It also has a flexible layout with wireless connectivity, Sound Field Optimization for easy setup, and Immersive Audio Enhancement that converts regular audio to Spatial Sound.
