It has been announced in South Korea that Samsung Galaxy Buddy 2 will be available soon. Previously available in other markets as the Galaxy M23 / Galaxy F23, it has arrived here as a rebranded version. In addition to a 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 750 chipset, and triple cameras at the back, the Galaxy Buddy 2 offers a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera.

A teardrop-shaped notch is placed at the top of the Galaxy Buddy 2’s 6.6-inch IPS LCD. Carrying a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408. In addition, Samsung’s One UI comes pre-installed on the device, along with the Android 12 OS.
A resolution of 8MP is equippe for the front camera and is available on the front of the Galaxy Buddy 2. There are three cameras on the device’s back panel: a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera.
Galaxy Buddy 2 is powere by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G chipset. Built-in storage on this device is 128 GB, and RAM is 4 GB. The device is power by a 5,000mAh battery with a 25W charger.
Right on the edge of the device, the power button serves as a fingerprint reader. The phone features 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a microSD card slot, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack, among other features. The Galaxy Buddy 2 measures 165.5 x 77 x 8.4mm.
Price and Availability
It is now possible to purchase the Galaxy Buddy 2 in South Korea. It is unlikely that the device will be release outside of the country. In spite of this, the price for Galaxy Buddy 2 carries a price tag of a little over ₩399,300 (roughly ₱17,100). A variety of colors are available, including deep green color, light blue color, and orange copper color.
