Mid-range Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro Officially Launched

The Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro that was first rumored to be the Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 is now official after it was launched in Korea. The Pro features slightly better and faster specs than the Galaxy J3 2016 edition. Of course, bump on hardware specs will also see a price inflation as the Galaxy J3 Pro will retail for $150 or about P7,000 before taxes in the Philippines.

Up front on the new mid-ranger is a 5-inch Super AMOLED with HD resolution, just a few notches smaller than the Galaxy J5 2016 at 5.2-inch. The design is more of a reminiscent of Asus Zenfone 3 and Galaxy A5 2016 with a spun metal finish and angular form.

Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro Official Philippines Price Specs Release Date

The Galaxy J3 Pro comes equipped with a quad-core processor, we’re guessing a Snapdragon 410 here with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, and microSD card support. The battery inside is 2600mAh, a small upgrade from the Galaxy J3.

Managing the photos is an 8MP main camera and 5MP selfie. This will be powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and supports dual-SIM and 4G LTE network.

There’s no official release date or availability in the Philippines yet. But expect to be launched locally these coming months.
