Samsung has just unveiled its new entry-level budget smartphone under the A series in Vietnam, the Samsung Galaxy A06.
The Samsung Galaxy A06 sports a 6.7-inch LCD panel, which is the largest screen size on the Galaxy A series yet. It also comes with an HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
Powering it is the 2GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor with up to 1000MHz ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU, up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage, and 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging via USB Type-C.
Camera-wise, it boasts a 50MP main sensor and a 2Mp depth lens. Upfront is an 8MP selfie camera.
The device also supports Android 14 OS with One UI on top with 4 years of security updates and 2 generation of OS upgrades.
For enhanced security and personal data protection, it is equipped with Samsung’s Knox Vault.


The Samsung Galaxy A06 will go on sale starting August 22 in Vietnam and will come with a freebie.
