Samsung Blames Google for Galaxy S23 Touchscreen Glitch

 

Software updates, like the latest One UI 6.1 rollout for Samsung Galaxy S23 users, can introduce complexities that users may encounter. Reports have surfaced regarding Galaxy S23 Touchscreen glitch. Users are experiencing frustration as basic functions require repeated taps to operate.

Samsung has attributed this glitch to a bug within the Google Discover Feed app, shifting the blame onto Google.

According to a statement released by Samsung, they are collaborating with Google to address and resolve the bug causing the touchscreen problems.

In the interim, a temporary solution for the has been suggested – clearing the Google app data via device settings. Although this workaround may restore normal touchscreen functionality, it is not considered an optimal fix.
