We’re closing in to November 24th set event for the unveiling of Xiaomi’s new entry to its Redmi series, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro ( quite a mouthful to be honest). And it looks like Xiaomi’s co-founder wanted to spice things up before the big day. Find out more about howe the co-founder spiced things up.
Mr. Lin Bin, Xiaomi’s co-founder recently a picture of the soon to be unveiled Redmi Note 2 Pro on his Weibo account. The photo primarily focuses the device’s rear shooter, with the obvious fingerprint scanner on the bottom, which technically means that the Redmi Note 2 Pro is the first of Xiaomi’s line of devices to feature the Fingerprint scanner capability. Though, honestly, i think its about time they get on the fingerprint scanner bandwagon, they’re a bit a few months late.
For the rest of its specs, the latter has 5.5-inch FHD display, with a MediaTek 6795 chipset to keep things in place. The latter has 8 Cortex-A53’s which is a lot. For shooters, in carries a standard 13MP rear shooter and a 5MP selfie shooter with 3060mAh battery capacity and packs an Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. The Redmi Note 2 Pro has a few optional variants for RAM, such as a choice of 2/3GB of RAM, with a fixed 16GB internal storage.
