Xiaomi has confirmed that the REDMI Note 17 Series will officially launch globally on August 27, 2026.
According to Xiaomi’s global Facebook page, the series will feature a 10,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W HyperCharge.
The REDMI Note 17 Series was previously introduced in China, including the REDMI Note 17 and REDMI Note 17 Pro.
The REDMI Note 17 features a 7-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset. It also comes with up to 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 50MP rear camera, and an 8MP selfie camera. The China model packs an 8,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging.
Meanwhile, the REDMI Note 17 Pro has a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, along with a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and an 8MP front camera. The China model has a 9,000mAh battery with 67W wired charging.
However, Xiaomi has not yet confirmed the complete global lineup, specifications, or pricing for the REDMI Note 17 Series.
The global models may differ from the China versions, particularly since Xiaomi has already confirmed a 10,000mAh battery and 100W HyperCharge for the global launch.
