
REDMI has officially introduced the REDMI Note 17 Pro in China.
The smartphone has a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 2772 × 1280 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3,500 nits peak brightness, and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.
For cameras, the REDMI Note 17 Pro features a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor on the rear, while the front has an 8MP selfie camera. It supports up to 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Powering the device is the 4nm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor with an Adreno GPU. It comes with 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The 256GB and 512GB models use UFS 3.1 storage, while the 128GB variant uses UFS 2.2.
The device packs a whopping 9,000mAh battery, which supports 67W wired charging and 22.5W wired reverse charging. It also supports PD 2.0 and PD 3.0 charging standards.

The REDMI Note 17 Pro is available in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 8GB + 512GB, and 12GB + 256GB configurations, with a price starting at CNY1,599 (approx. PHP14,500).
Xiaomi has not yet confirmed if the REDMI Note 17 will launch outside China.
However, previous REDMI Note series phones have been released in the Philippines, so the REDMI Note 17 could also arrive locally. Stay tuned for updates.
