
Xiaomi’s sub-brand, REDMI, recently launched a 5G version of the REDMI 15C smartphone in Europe.
The REDMI 15C 5G sports a similar design to the 4G variant, but is now available in Dusk Purple color.
Flaunting at the front is a 6.9-inch LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1600 x 720 resolution, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 810 nits HBM reading mode.
Powering it inside is the 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core chipset with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, and accompanied by up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM ( up to 16GB with Memory extension) and up to 256GB UFS2.2 internal storage. It also packs a 6,000mAh battery capacity with 33W wired fast charging and reverse charging support.
Meanwhile, the device is equipped with a 50MP main sensor and an Auxiliary lens at the back. An 8MP selfie camera is at the front.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, AI face Unlock, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IP64 water and dust resistance.


The REDMI 15C 5G starts at EUR 180 (~PHP 12,250) and is now available in multiple European countries. Local availability has yet to be revealed, so stay tuned for more updates.
