The Redmi 13 comes in several color options, and our review unit is the Pearl Pink variant, which sports a clean and straightforward design. The compact build makes it comfortable to hold, staying true to its budget-friendly nature.

The phone features a 6.79-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2460 pixels. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 550 nits, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Running on Android 14 with HyperOS, the Redmi 13 is powered by a 12nm Mediatek Helio G91 Ultra processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.

Gaming Performance

League of Legends Wild Rift

Settings: 90FPS, high graphics quality, medium resolution.

Performance: The game runs smoothly at 58 to 65fps during ARAM matches with no noticeable frame drops or stuttering. The device did get a bit warm after extended play but maintained good performance throughout.

Call of Duty Mobile

Settings: Medium graphics quality, high frame rate.
Performance: CODM performs smoothly with no stutter. The game took a bit longer to load initially, but once in-game, the performance was stable and enjoyable.

Genshin Impact

Settings: Bumped from 30FPS to 60FPS.
Performance: At lower settings, the game is playable but with limited graphics quality. Exploration is manageable, but combat suffers from noticeable frame drops, making it less enjoyable for intense gameplay.

Wuthering Waves

Performance: The game showed significant issues with frame drops and stuttering. Some graphical assets took time to render, resulting in a less-than-ideal experience. For daily activities, the game is playable, but it’s not recommended for extensive or demanding gameplay.

Zenless Zone Zero

Settings: Bumped from 30FPS to 60FPS.
Performance: Performance varied, with frame drops and lag, particularly in busy areas like Lumina Square. The game struggled with smoothness during combat, impacting the overall experience.

Battery Life and Charging

The Redmi 13 is equipped with a 5030mAh battery and supports 33W wired charging.

In our video loop test, it lasted approximately 11 hours and 35 minutes. Charging from 0 to 100% took about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
