It’s no secret that Realme XT is going to launch in the Philippines before November starts. Thru a press release, Realme Philippines has confirmed that the 64MP Quad-Cam phone will arrive on October 29th that’s said to “disrupt” the mid-range smartphone segment with its competitive pricing.

Realme XT to be Announced in the Philippines on October 29th
Realme 5 has been dominating the budget segment with a starting price of P6,990 and going up to P9,990. On the budget mid-range end, Realme 5 Pro is prevailing in the P11,990 to P13,990 category. Realme XT is said to disrupt the midrange and flagship price segment, hinting that the Snapdragon 712-powered phone will arrive for slightly above the Realme 5 Pro’s price. But if that’s a bit too much for your budget, the base model that could either be the 4GB/64GB or 6GB/64GB might start at a significantly less expensive price tag.

I don’t know what happened to competitive pricing, its being sold for P16,990, the Redmi Note 8 Pro which was the first phone to market this sensor is priced lower, sure it has lesser ram, but do we really need 8gb ram?
