realme has launched the realme Watch 5 in India alongside the realme P4x 5G.
The realme Watch 5 has a 1.97-inch AMOLED screen with 600 nits brightness and Panda Glass protection.
It uses a metal unibody design, includes a functional crown, and supports removable 22mm straps.
The watch offers over 108 sports modes, VO2 Max estimation, auto workout detection, sleep tracking, blood oxygen monitoring, and women’s health features.
It also supports Bluetooth calling, NFC tools, customizable watch faces, and has an IP68 rating.
A 460mAh battery powers the device, offering up to 16 days of typical use or up to 20 days in Light Mode.
The smartwatch includes independent GPS with support for multiple satellite systems, enabling accurate tracking without a connected phone.
The realme Watch 5 is priced at INR4,499 and will be available starting December 10, 2025, in India.
In the Philippines, the same smartwatch also retails for PHP3,299.
