
realme has launched its latest flagship smartphone, the realme GT 8 Pro, in India alongside a new special Dream Edition variant.
On the front, it features a 6.79-inch flat LTPO AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a peak brightness of up to 7,000 nits.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP Ricoh GR main sensor with OIS, a 200MP Samsung HP5 periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The front houses a 32MP selfie camera. The camera system was developed in collaboration with Ricoh GR.

Inside, the device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
It packs a 7000mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging, supported by a new 7K Ultimate VC cooling system.

Out of the box, it runs realme UI 7 based on Android 16.
The GT 8 Pro has a swappable camera plate with three preset styles: square, circle, and robotic. You can also design and print your own.
It comes with an aluminum frame and either a fiber-reinforced plastic or eco-leather back. The phone is rated IP66, IP68, and IP69 for dust and water protection.
realme also introduced the GT 8 Pro Dream Edition, which features a bright green design inspired by the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.


The realme GT 8 Pro is now available for pre-order in India. While official sales will start on November 25, 2025.
