On a Twitter post, Sky Li, realme Founder and CEO, has announced the global launch date of the GT 2 series. The realme GT 2 series will first go official in China on January 4, 2022.

The series is rumored to feature three smartphones – a realme GT 2 Pro, a realme GT 2 Pro Master Edition, and a GT 2 Pro Camera model. For specs, the realme GT 2 Pro will be the first in the brand to equip the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. According to leaks, it will also sport an under-display selfie camera, up to 1TB of storage, a 6.7-inch QHD AMOLED panel, and 65W fast charging.
